Part of being a responsible company is operating with transparency. That's why Pfizer has created a Corporate Responsibility Report to help our diverse stakeholders learn more about our work as a partner in building sustainable health care solutions. This report details our corporate responsibility priorities: discovering and developing new medicines, improving access to medicines and partnering to find health system solutions.
This report aligns with our commitment to the United Nations Global Compact. In 2002, we became the first U.S. pharmaceutical company to sign the UN Compact and we annually report on our efforts in support of our commitment, as is required of all signatories.
The Pfizer Foundation helps retirees stay connected by supporting your philanthropic endeavors in your communities.
The matching gifts program allows Pfizer retirees (see eligible retiree groups below) the opportunity to maximize the impact of their donations to eligible charitable 501 (C)(3) tax exempt organizations. Some restrictions apply. Retiree contributions will be matched at 50% on the dollar up to $5,000 per calendar year. For example, if your donation is $100, the Pfizer Foundation match will be $50.
Eligibility of retirees of an acquired company is determined based on the matching gifts program offered to said retirees at the time of acquisition.
