Healthy Pfizer Recipes

Tilapia in a Bag

Ingredients
1 pound fresh tilapia (frozen is good too once you defrost)

2 tablespoons salt-free Mrs. Dash seasoning blend (lemon pepper)

16-ounce package of frozen vegetables (your choice)

1 cup of sliced celery

1 parchment bag

Yields
4 Servings

Instructions
Place opened parchment bag on aluminum foil and layer all the ingredients. Fasten the bag and place in the oven for 30 minutes on 400 degrees. Allow the parchment bag to sit for five minutes. Carefully open the bag and serve hot. The fish will melt in your mouth and the vegetables should be cooked perfectly. Serves 4.
