These bars freeze well in a zip-top bag.

Ingredients
1 box spice cake mix
1 15-ounce can solid pack pumpkin Grated granny smith apple (with the skin)
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
4 egg whites
1/3 cup Splenda for baking
Topping:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 Splenda brown sugar

Instructions
Combine cake mix, pumpkin, apples, oats, eggs, and Splenda with mixer. Place batter into 13x9 cake pan sprayed with Pam olive oil. In a separate bowl, mix together oats and brown sugar for topping; sprinkle mixture over the cake batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, or until center is done. Let cool completely and cut into bars.
