1 box sugar-free orange Jell-O
1 sugar-free/fat-free vanilla pudding
1 14-ounce can mandarin oranges
8 ounces fat-free Cool Whip

Instructions
Mix Jell-O with one cup boiling water; stir until dissolved. Add three ice cubes to measuring cup and fill to one cup with cold water. Mix into orange Jell-O mix; set aside for five minutes. Drain and dispose of juice from mandarin oranges. Mix vanilla pudding into Jell-O mixture until well blended; set aside for 15 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip and mandarin oranges.
