
Ingredients
1 10.5-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tablespoon minced garlic (fresh or dried)
2 tablespoons chopped onion (fresh or dried)
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup water (separated)

Instructions
Place frozen spinach in pan on stove top. Pour 1/4 cup water over and begin to heat slowly. Add bullion cube. In 1/4 cup water, add minced onion and garlic. As spinach heats, add onion, garlic and pine nuts. When hot, top with parmesan cheese and serve.
