
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, sliced in strips for skewing
1 tablespoon ginger root, shaved
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
3 tablespoons lite Soy Sauce
1 bottle lite beer
1 small can crushed pineapple w/juice
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
Mix all ingredients and pour into a large zip-top bag. Add sliced chicken. Marinate for at least four hours. Skewer chicken and grill over hot flame for five minutes on first side, three minutes on flip side. Use extra marinade to brush on skewers. Serve over a bed of wild rice and add a veggie medley.
