
Ingredients
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup pecans
1 cup red grapes
Salt/pepper to taste

Instructions
Boil chicken and chop finely (or use food processor). Chop pecans and half or quarter grapes. Add mayonnaise, pecans, and grapes to chicken; mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with lettuce as a salad or with croissants/bagels.
