
Ingredients
1 15-ounce can black beans, partially drained
1 cup salsa (mild or hot, whatever you prefer)
Juice of one lime
1 teaspoon cumin
2 cloves of garlic (or to taste)
1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
Mix first five ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Scrape into a serving bowl and serve with sour cream.
