1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
3 egg whites
1 cup orange juice
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
Combine blueberries and 3 tablespoons sugar in a 9x13 pan; let set for five minutes. Combine flour, baking powder, 1/4 cup sugar, egg whites, orange juice, and almond extract in a mixing bowl; drop by spoonfuls onto blueberries and top with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
